WWF has come up with a mini guide on which fish to avoid due to enviromental issues. This guide is meant to alert consumers on what fish to avoid and to try and make consumers change the market.
WWF urges us to avoid:
Lemon Sole
Shark
Halibut
Salmon (wild)
Marlin
Angler
Small Halibut
Stingray
Shrimp (tropical, farmed and wild)
Plaice
Long Flunder
Swordfish
Tuna
Codfish
Tounge (I do not know what this is)
Eel
